The general requirements of return are as following:
Return Item must be ship back to us within Fourteen (14) days. Countdown start from the date you receive the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us.
You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, delivery order, bank statement or our warranty sticker)
The product does not fall into the non-returnable products list. Example: product with warranty activated or seal broken, virtual item like top up, reload, software, services & etc. Consumable products with seal broken and not resell able due hygiene or others issue.
